Thoughts on Deconstructionism
I was watching an episode of Iron Chef America tonight, and a judge's evaluation of "Deconstructed Gumbo" sums up my thoughts about Deconstruction in general:

Didn't those judges know? In deconstructed gumbo, okra is always deferred.
I will never order a deconstructed [insert name of dish here] although I doubt I'll have many opportunities to order such a dish.
