Forget Clinton
With all this slow-mo kabuki dance that is going on with Hillary possibly becoming Secretary of State, just make Richardson the SoS.

There is no way the Dems would risk losing Hillary's senate seat until know the results of the runoff in Georgia and their attempt to steal Minnesota (Al freaking Franken).
Don't want to risk that magic 60. Heck, they'll even keep Leiberman to have a shot at 60.
At least Richardson is nominally qualified to be SecState. What the hell has Clinton done?
